Approved initial claims subject to a 2% fee. Previously denied claims that must be reopened and resubmitted are subject to a 10% fee.
Under the regulations implementing 42 U.S.C. § 7385g, an AR is permitted to charge an appropriate fee for services related to a claim before DEEOIC.
